Sorry, try refreshing the page, and just clicking on the link. I didn't realize forum doesn't allow embedding animated GIFs (or maybe it has a size limit?)

Yes, of course - the only way I know how to share this is like this:
- Download the animated gif onto your phone from here: https://abload.de/img/c64decrunchwithtext5uae0.gif
- When you see the anim gif playing in Safari, just press and hold on it, and chose to save in your photo library, as usual.
- Now you need to download the LiveMaker phone app from here (it's free) https://appsto.re/it/uxK0-.i
- Launch that app, select + from the top right corner and choose Convert GIF to Live Photo. Now of course select the GIF you just saved, let the app convert and save the resulting live photo into your library.
- Now go to phone's photo library and favorite that live photo. When you do that, the photo will instantly appear in the photos app on your watch. Go there, select this newly added live photo, force touch on it, and create the watch face.

I know this seems like lots of steps, but it can be done very easily. It's just that it took me forever to create the original anim gif - it's actually a combination of three different decrunch sequences from C64 that I've carefully merged frame by frame in photoshop, to create one that to my eye looked the best.

Thanks for sharing. The number of times I watched those colours flash away as a kid, praying the game would load properly are countless.
I’ve gone through the steps and have the watch face set up, however I’m not sure the animation is working correctly.
When I raise my wrist and the screen comes on, it plays for about 3 seconds and stops. Is that how it works? Or should the animation be continuous?
Cheers.

Edit: Just watching the example you linked to and it does look like it only goes for the few seconds.

That's true. It runs for a few seconds, then stops. I don't think you can make the animated watch face run continuously just by raising the wrist. If you however, keep your finger touching the screen, the animation will keep running.

Anyone know what watch face is on the Black Apple Watch Series 3 shown on Apples website?

https://www.apple.com/uk/watch/

Yeah I saw this on the keynote. Those dots look like cell strength.
I love the look of it also. It would stink if it's only available on the AW3, but I suspect it is though...unless they surprise us with this in WatchOS4 along with the Kaleidoscope and "Toy Story." (sigh)

Is it possible to find the Nike+ boot logo, which is green of the AW?
Really? I need to see this!
[doublepost=1505854879][/doublepost]Not sure if anyone is interested, but if they are here’s 2 images I just started using on my watch

Both images are 4000x5000 so they’re already fit for the Apple Watch

For the kaleidoscope face I did a few very simple designs in Photoshop, nothing crazy at all. A few thin lines with blurry lines spaced out. Few dots. Add it to the watch face in Radial mode and it gave it a cool look...something different.

I GUESS the S0 is having a hard time handling this effect? It does drain the battery a lot more, not only that when I place it on the charging puck, the bottom of the watch - sensor - really heats up! (as the kaleidoscope face runs in the background)

Never had that experience before. I went back to the older faces. That's a bit frustrating! Ah well.:(
