e13ctron case with luckylabs bodywrap and SGP button
This looks great. Which case is it? The matte light grey? I wish they had better pictures on their site. I was thinking aluminum but it says clear? Strange.

Any notable problems with the real ones?

It's the Otterbox Armor.
I just got a iPhone 5 and it's been a year since my 3GS was stolen. As far as Otterbox is concerned, I had the 3GS in a defender case from day 1 and it was phenomenal case. But, I have been watching OtterBox since the iPhone 4 was released and I am not impressed with the nose dive that they have taken in the quality department and I hate to say it but, I will not be buying OtterBox this time around.

I agree. Al they did was stretch the otterbox defender longways to fit the 5 vertically. They didn't even make it thinner to compliment the thinner phone. Lazy engineering if you ask me. Is basically like carrying a brick around with you. iOtterbox has begun insulting our intelligence by making the case with the sole intention of raking in the money before engineering a nice reasonably sized case that you can tell is housing an iPhone 5 without even having to look at the screen.
What is the name of this and where did you get it?
Aluminum. But the photos make it look like light gray, because aluminum looks shinier.
And I tell ya. Their website photos can't really tell the dueling visual experience with these cases. I like the way they look in my photos. But, this Aluminum-on-white looks pretty unimpressive when looking at the iPhone smack right in front of you. But at certain angles, like the ones I took, it looks pretty, and I get a lot of looks from people. The red luckylabs wrap certainly adds a little distraction, too.
Maybe I'm too old for the Element cases. I'm just looking for a clean-cut and elegant look. This e13ctron option could use a few more subtle, not-too-wild features...but what you see here is what you get.
I just got mine today, same color as yours. I see you posted this around a week ago. What do you think now?im giving it a try for a week or two and seeing if i like it![]()
The defender is completely overbuilt for at least 95% of iphone users. It does however do a great job of scratching your phone.
