They both are. I remove the back rectangle of shrink-wrap to take it out. I can sell it for more if i decide to.That way, as it makes it look brand new, and keeps the box in mint condition.

I have a few that came with my 3Gs and never used them, would have preferred the glass treatment the 3GS got though.. apparently it doesn't need a cloth

the US charger looks nearly the same.. whats the difference in the headphones that people are talking aobut??
The microphone has volume buttons right on it now so you don't need to reach for your phone while on a call or listening to music or whatever.
