Don't people find video calls with strangers (like customer service calls, etc) a bit creepy? It just seems weird.

This is why I think facetime will be a fad or hit with families, but regular audio phone calls will always be the default and are far from extinct.

I agree.

Personally though, I find the sound of someone else's voice just overwhelmingly too personal so I reserve it for family members and close friends anyway. I text/email so people can't read too much into what I'm saying. It's great for business.

Doesn't the hold message during the call say you can not record the call. Wouldn't a screenshot be "recording" the call, Especially if your posting it on here?
