Cast iron salt mill? Isn’t that likely to rust?
It has been treated, and comes with a ten year guarantee or warranty, and the company were very quick to respond when contacted.

Anyway, I am tired of my salt mills (the Peugeot pepper mills are fine) seizing up in (the endless wet weather of) winter, and wanted something almost indestructible; this company - I did my research, read their story, studied reviews - the founder is a former Rolls-Royce engineer, and sought to replicate a solid iron green pepper mill - which still works - that he had inherited from his grandmother.

Besides, I love giving business to small, good quality, local, companies that take an obvious pride in the quality of what they produce.

Nikon 28mm f/2.8 Ai-S

Enjoy when it arrives. I waited 2-3 months for mine. Got it with the 24-120 f4. Ftz ii adapter works great. No issues at all with my 105mm macro or 200-500mm.
Z6III FTZ II with an extra oem battery and SDHC card.

It's been a while since I've shot with a Nikon, but the ZF brought me back to the brand after predominantly shooting Leica M Rangefinders (Digital & Film) and I still do, but I love the manual controls with the retro look/feel of the ZF paired with my Voigtlander 40mm f/1.2 (this should be everyone's standard issue on the ZF). Now I own a Nikon F3 and FE2 film cameras with a bunch of Ai-S lenses. I need to stop because GAS is real.

lol. I sold quite a few of my f mount lenses to fund the Z6 iii. So I got rid of my 10.5mm fisheye, 24-70mm, 14-24mm, 70-200mm (all f2.8) and my 70-300mm.

I just wasn’t using them enough. But the 24-120mm is a great focal length for landscape and weighs a lot less than my old glass.

Preordered on December 16, and scheduled to arrive the day after Christmas.
The white is attractive, but not practical for me; so I went with black.

Even though I'm not a gamer, I chose this chair because I spend a fair amount of time at my desk, and my Herman Miller Aeron Classic is getting long in the tooth. It just doesn't feel quite as comfortable as it once did. Honestly, I'm over sitting in a mesh chair. I'll list it on Craigslist at a low price to get rid of it.

The Titan Evo is consistently rated at or near the top in all the gaming chair reviews I've read.

I'm looking forward to using it, along with my new M4 Mac Mini.

Thank you, Apple fanboy. Good to know that the Ftz ii will work great as I don't own any Z series lenses and I plan to use it with my 24-70 G 2.8, 300 & 500 PF lenses along with a TC-14E iii.
2-3 months wait? You have way more patience than me.

I ordered it through work so I had no choice to wait it out because I got it for cost basically.

Would love to hear your review. I’ve wanted one of these for a while, but haven’t pulled the trigger.

Now that I've spent some time with my new Titan Evo, I'll share a few observations.

The build quality of this chair is very, very good. Putting it together took some time, but the included instructions are, for the most part, excellent. The packing is first-rate. The two included hex wrenches are of surprisingly good quality. The only area for improvement in the instructions I could see would be more clarity on the installation of the raise/lower cylinder. Not a big deal, though; I figured it out.

That said, once set up, there was a slight rocking motion, accompanied by a clunk, as the tension knob was loose. It took some back and forth emails with Secretlab, but we got it sorted out. It now feel solid. No more rocking and clunking.

Two items worth noting:

1. The seat is firm. It's difficult to describe, but I don't sink into it as far as I expected. If you like a plush seat, this isn't it. Using cars as a comparison, the Titan is more of a performance sports sedan seat than an SUV seat. Some reviewers cite the Titan's firmness as a negative, but I don't feel that it is. Whereas the Aeron has a hard leading edge, albeit slightly padded, that tends to dig into the backs of my legs; the Titan's memory foam solves that issue. The Titan's firm but supportive memory foam cushion is more conducive to shifting positions in the chair, which is a feature that I'm learning to appreciate.

2. The material has less ventilation than the Aeron. If you tend to sweat profusely, you might want to look at a mesh chair. This has only been a minor issue for me, so far, but I noticed it and thought it worth mentioning.

Conclusions: I really like the chair, and am bordering on loving it. Secretlab says that it takes some time for the seat foam to break in. That seems to be the case.

I added a headrest to my Aeron, but it is not nearly as comfortable, to me, as the high back design of the Titan. And the Titan's removable magnetic headrest pillow is delightful.

The armrests adjust in every way that I want, and have a nice plush feel.

Mine is a size medium, and has enough room for me to occasionally sit cross legged.

Is it perfect? No, but it's close. At less than half the price of a new Aeron, I'd say it's a solid value proposition.

Hope this helps.
