9:55 am here in Philly. Running home to grab it now. Was totally paranoid that my mother in law would miss the driver. Will have in my hands in less then 5 mins. Been a long time coming. I am pumped.

UPS was here at 9am, but they were delivering a repair kit for my truck. It was my normal guy so I asked where my other package was.

He told me that, at least here in San Antonio, there are extra drivers specifically delivering iPhones.

9:30 am in Philly for both mine and my brother's! Mine said delivery by end of day, but my brother's was coming from China and it said delivery by 10:30am.

IT IS A GOOD idea to keep a look out. The ups truck came flying in honking his horn at my apt complex, so I came outside and meet him. He said that he was delivery next day air, and wouldn't get to the iphones tell this evening...and that he would come back then.

I asked him, nicely, and he went ahead and gave me mine. Everyone else here....he will bring this evening.

So just a heads up.

Your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate told you I'm sure..

UPS like every other company has contractual obligations, delivery by 10:30am happens to be one of them. While I'm sure some will miss that mark just due to the sheer quantity of items shipped I'd venture to bet the vast majority make the time as I'm sure Apple like most companies are making sure contracts they paid for are held in compliance.

That said, mine is out for delivery, woot!
