Please be honest. I'm just curious!

First ask yourself, do you think you're at a healthy body weight?

Then, use any or all of the following websites to calculate your ideal body weight. The neighbours vary slightly but are generally all in the same range.

http://www.dietitian.com/ibw/ibw.html
http://www.healthatoz.com/healthatoz/Atoz/tl/cl/healthyweight/healthyweight.jsp?h=0&frm=0#txtOnly

Me: 16/5'8"/140 lbs. My ideal body weight is about 130-160 pounds.

I'm a meagre 21, 178cm and I weigh 86kg. When I'm training at my hardest (summer), I get up to about 93kg. I want to someday be 100kg so I can tell my friends I weigh 0.1 tonnes.

I'm in my 20s, roughly 6-foot, 147 pounds.

Close to what I am, 19 yrs old, 6'2", 148 lbs. I am under wieght. Fo sho. Alot of times I don't eat, not cuz I'm anorexic, just cuz I'm too lazy to eat or I just forget. I'm trying to eat alot more and got some 20 lb dumbells to work with. I'm gettin there. But it takes time....

I'm 26, 176 cm (5'10"), and 72 kg. The Dietician site says since i have a smaller frame, i should weigh in the lower half of my healthy weight range, or between 65-72 kg.

Since I weigh 72 kg, I should be happy, but I was much happier when i weighed 76 kg. I think I looked better, and I didn't feel more fat, so it seemed ok.

29, 6' 3" and 220 pounds.

According to that first site, I'm overweight on the ideal body weight scale (176-216) and "overfat" on the BMI.

Considering that I run/walk with my dogs about 10 miles per week, lift weights, play ultimate frisbee about 1-2 times per week and golf occasionally on the weekends...

Scales like these often don't take enough factors in, the first site even stated that the IBW scale didn't take in to account whether you were an athlete or not... I think some people get a little too pre-occupied with "numbers" that sometimes don't mean all that much in the grand scheme of things.

Now:
Very late 20's, ~6'2"/188cm, >100kg/220lbs

Aiming for by end of year:
Early 20's, ~6'/183cm, =<100kg/220lbs

I'm really interested in how you're going to shave off the age as well as the pounds. I just turned 30 as well....

Age: 19 years
Weight: 115 kg / ~254 lbs
Height: 198 cm / 6' 6"

...no need to lecture me, it was a lot worse some time ago, when I had in excess of 150 kg / 331 lbs. Thanks to a pill I have to take now my body functions properly and I'm loosing weigth without doing any sports what-so-ever while not eating less.

I am 5'5", 34 years old and way,way overweight.

I thought that giving birth to 2 children was a good excuse, but it its not. My goal is to lose weight, become healthier and have another baby without gaining too much weight this time.:)

16 years old, 6ft2 189lbs. work out quite a lot (rounghly 2 hours a day stretching to 3 on weekends).

Ditto except for "40" instead of "late 20's", and I'm not planning on losing height.

I'll also plan on reverting to my early 20s, which I'll accomplish by using the orbital period of something other than the Earth as my reference for "year".

My height in inches is 2x my age.

My age in months is 2.5x my weight in pounds.

My weight in kilograms raised to the 1/4 power is equal to the number of characters in my user name.

17 (nearing 18), 137 pounds (w/clothes), 5'6".

...my weight/height hasn't changed for four years...

P.S. are the smileys in a different order again? I swore the embarassed smiley and sad smiley used to be right next to each other...

15, 6'2", and 151 pounds. i eat alot, but i exercise alot and have a fast metabolism, so i never gain any weight.
