18 - 5`11" - 81 kg

I'm on the tracks for 18 - 6ft - 75kg

As of yesterday I took up running.

I've also enforced a 100% chocolate, sweets, cream, cake, biscuits, chips ban for about 2 1/2 months.

OK, I know I'm way underweight, but I'm healthy, and don't really care about my weight, although I wouldn't mind putting on 5-10 kg.

Height: 189 cm
Weight: 57 kg
Age: 19

I never seem to put on or lose weight, even when I try. I'm just always the same mass, have been for a very long time.
Although I don't look it, I consider myself reasonably strong, and I'm certainly fit.

So CoMpX, still alive?

I'm 17, 6'1", and 165 lbs.
I'm thin, but not morbidly thin like I was when I was 12 or 13. I have an extremely fast metabolism so it tends to be hard to gain weight, but over the last 3 or 4 years I really started to naturally put on weight.

well. i'll chime in i guess.

im 20yrs old, 6'2" , and 270lbs.

now, i know that sounds really bad, but you have to take into account that i go to the gym 4 times a week, and a lot of that is muscle, im no body builder, and im not ripped or anything, but since i started going to the gym i lost a lot of weight, then gained it back in muscle-mass. my trainer says that if i was my "ideal" weight of 185, that it would just be super unhealthy for me. however, i wouldn't mind if i could get down to say 220-240. I just have a ridiculously slow metabolism i guess which makes it exceedingly difficult.

All links except the second link say I'm unhealthily overweight. It's not like I'm skinny either.

5'8, 133 pounds.

My height in inches is 2x my age.

My age in months is 2.5x my weight in pounds.

My weight in kilograms raised to the 1/4 power is equal to the number of characters in my user name.
So you're six, you weigh 179 pounds and you're a foot tall?

Hey,

I'm 30.5 yrs(edit:typo) old, 6'4 and 210lbs, here's the kicker-I have 9% Body fat:D I play rugby, Football (Canadian/American football), race Downhill MountainBiking, ride Motorcross, Snowmobile, Sailing and Freestyle skiing! So needless to say I'm really in shape right now and my legs are like horses. I can do 58 reps of 450lbs on the Leg Press--I go to the YMCA(gym) 3x a week and every other week I get tested by a trainer.

Everyone should go outside and embrace nature! The graphics are life-like hahaha! But seriously, I find biking to be so relaxing and it's great for people who don't like to run as it doesn't hurt your knees. I also get in shape by lifting my Powermac each morning haha j/k.

35.
6' 2"
173. I kind of vacillate between 165 and 175, depending on my work and eating/drinking habits. Right at 170 is where I prefer to be.

30, 5'8" (173cm) 55kg (122pounds) which makes me probably the smallest adult male here.

All the charts say I'm underweight, but doctors always say I'm fine. For some reason I look bigger than my actual weight. I get almost no exercise at the moment apart from looking after my baby daughter.

Don't own a car, walk to the tube most days. Used to ride a lot till it almost destroyed my knees. (Don't believe the other posters above when they say bicycles are easy on the knees.)

Age: 17
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 135-ish pounds ( I honestly don't remember )

It says my ideal body weight is between 139 and 173 lbs, but that's for people 18 and up.

age: 38
height: 5' 11"
weight: 195 lb.
current body fat: 16%

Most of the online stuff is pretty far off because they ignore things like body frame size (I have a large frame) and tell people like me that I'm overweight (when I'm not).

Back when I was in my early 20s working out 5-8 hours a day I was at 190 lb. and at just under 10% body fat... which was about the same size as most of the people I was racing at the time (I was a 110 meter hurdler and was the same size as most sprinters). Most the people I knew were between 8% and 13% body fat.

Well i wasnt going to post to this thread but well ive had a bit too much and well what else is new.

I'm 30, about 5'9" and around 218, i know that its probably not what my Dr. would like to see but in all actuallity i am in shape.. im round.. and last time i checked round is a shape..

You are only 5 kg heavier but way way taller. I'm a girl but now I feel so fat! ;)

22, 5' 10", 164lbs.

I drastically changed my diet as of late. Vegetables, Fruits, Tofu, and other soy products(in moderation of course because it can raise estrogen levels) and I cook it all.

I also commute by bike about 6-10 miles per day. My current bike is very slow though it is a mountain bike, so I will be getting a road bike pretty soon so I can move faster.

Anyhow, I am in the appropiate range.
