Still contemplating getting the Watch. You all are amazingly energetic. I figure I'll end up like the Real Deal, with several or many days of incomplete rings. It made me feel good to see that calendar.

I like BF's idea of rest days. I thought that was always important for exercise regimens; even more so for weight training (which, I understand, is not what is being shown).

I did notice something unusual in the ring patterns. I don't know if it's an artifact, a camera issue, or actually a feature. The rings seem to have lines in them at certain places; and, in a different clock position depending on ring and day. You can see what I'm talking about by looking at any of the posted photos.

What is that line about? What does it indicate?

If you go past 100% of your activity goal, the circles keep going around, overlapping the already complete circle. So if your exercise goal is 30 minutes, but you have done 45 minutes, you'll see a line at the 6 o'clock position.

346 day streak of closing all 3 rings (750 move goal, 30 mins exercise and 12hr stand)
Not going to lie sometimes its hard when I get nagging injuries to either my chest or uppher hamstrings(which I believe is good as of two days ago) which causes me to modify my workouts.
Good thing its winter now so I don’t have to run outside as much(would run 3 times a week and on one day do like 10km trying to beat my best time which is currently at 45:40) so for cardio I either do skip rope or bike will do some treadmill next week to keep my legs strong.
Other workout days just me doing strength/endurance lifting but I always shoot around basketball for like 30 mins on these days. Would also play games vs other people at the park on one of these day but with winter no longer possible lol

My rest day is basically me shooting around for 30 mins and I get my other calories for my move goal from moving around during the day.
