Tried creating something Greek inspired. That's not meat! It's tofu. I was wondering if I could make something cheap and vegetarian out of necessity since meat is crazy expensive here.

I made Fried Rice with pork belly, sautéed egg(w/chopped scallion), celery, yellow bell pepper, and sliced white shrooms/Fried Homemade Shanghai Wonton(wife made fresh Sunday afternoon)/Steamed some broccoli

That looks absolutely delicious, utterly mouth-watering, while I am salivating at the sight of the greens, adorned with a (generous) knob of butter.

And I love the sheer class, and elegance of a properly laid table, complete with appropriate place-mats, napkins, cutlery, crockery, glassware......
