Thanks for ruining my diet! It was all going well until I came across this thread! I never heard of Five Guys Burgers until I read about them on this thread. Then I drive by one today and lose my will power!

Ah well, it was totally worth it and the extra calories can be burned later! :D

Hey, I'm doing fasting too! What kind of fasting are you doing? At the moment I'm just doing water fasting. Basically, I'll just drink water for two days and eat on the third day, then rinse and repeat. But this thread, with all of it's deliciousness made me miss a day. I guess I'll add on an extra day of fasting.

water fasting too, mainly just for weight loss. I'm trying to eat every other day lol

I'm also trying to lose weight. I did this last year for two months and lost about 45 pounds. This year I threw in walking in to the mix. While I fast, I'll walk for two miles, and eat healthy on non fasting days to replenish nutrients. I usually go to the "whole paycheck" store (aka Whole Foods) and make a salad, get some coconut water (yum:D), watermelon, and dates(dates are wonderful when you have a craving for sweets, always keep some handy). Oh, I also get either a bottle of veggi juice or low fat goat milk yoghurt (with probiotics).
Sorry for writing so much, but my favorite topic is food :D
 
Cracked Pepper Turkey and scrambled egg sandwich for lunch...mmmm...
I'll be making that more often!
 
Yeasterdays snack in the mid-afternoon. Or as we call it "lanche", as the same pronunciation as "lunch" :p

A nice croissant with ham and cheese and a soft fruit juice (red fruit)

Todays breakfast. Half pint of milk with a Nespresso coffee in it, a cheese toast. And a 20 min. of "Fringe" on the side. god i love that t.v show!

^ Nice and simple breakfast that I would eat any day. Although I'm not much of a morning eater I tend to just drink coffee most of the time..

It's really a matter of habit :p after a while you do it almost automatically

some times I take the second breakfast, since the first one it's around 06:45 lolol
