roast chicken feast
It took quite a few hours to prepare but I made a Roast Herb Rub Chicken with a white wine/honey glaze and stuffed it with a garlic breadcrumb, chorizo and onion stuffing. Served with homemade dark stock gravy, sweet yams, baked potatoes and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.

made a crapton of gyoza for a new year's day party. this is about half the batch.
