roast chicken feast

It took quite a few hours to prepare but I made a Roast Herb Rub Chicken with a white wine/honey glaze and stuffed it with a garlic breadcrumb, chorizo and onion stuffing. Served with homemade dark stock gravy, sweet yams, baked potatoes and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.

Somehow I managed to finish the below after helping to polish off a calamari & prawn tempura appetizer. For dessert? You guessed it, raspberry swirl cheesecake lol. The life of a food writer *smh* OTZ

Had wine, cheese, and steak at Whole Foods! Really awesome deal as it was less than $30 for 2 people.
