Beautiful Presentation and definitely looks yummy!

whoa! that looks awesome! :) i'm a indian and i've rarely seen indian food look so good! :D

ps: are you a chef by any chance ?

Thanks!

Some Indian dishes are so colorful that I wanted to be able to show them off in an elegant, modern way. But no, I'm not a chef at all.

Tonight's dinner consisted of chorizo tacos, elote, and a tomato, red onion, avocado, cilantro salad.

I had been craving Indian food and decided to make it all from scratch.

An appetizer of Curry Chips followed by an entrée consisting of Chicken Tikka Masala, Turmeric Rice, Curried Roasted Cauliflower, Cucumber Raita, and Chana Masala.

Can we come over ? That looks really tasty !

Ah yes, kimchi bokkeumbap. Sucks that no Korean restaurant in my city serves this; I've been wanting to try it. I could possibly make it at home with the help of a YouTube video or two, but my wife would probably kick me out because of the smell.

Thanks for the compliments, guys! I'm trying to be better about cooking proper meals during the week and am enjoying playing with presentation... makes cleaning the kitchen more worth it, heh. S-Man, I don't even know what that is, but thanks! :)

Tonight's dinner is quick and easy as a precursor to some good beer!

Phyllo dough pizza with pesto, feta, parmesan, tomatoes, and red onion. Then topped with some fresh basil. I couldn't decide which looks better.

I had never used phyllo dough to make pizza before, but I am loving it! It's so light and crispy in your mouth. (that's not what she said)

Incredible! If you didn't tell us you aren't a chef, I would have thought you were a chef!

And Michelin Stars are awarded to restaurants that have excellent food. A restaurant can have up to 3 stars, with a 3 star restaurant being something that everyone should visit and eat at. Not many restaurants garner these stars, so to come by a restaurant that has been awarded even ONE Michelin Star is something to be in awe at.

And yes, it's the same Michelin that makes tires. They call it the Red Guide, and is mostly used in Europe.
