Got some lechon for a Filipino party we attended.

For my wife's bday I did some crab cakes and blackened ahi with a champagne, lime beurre blanc.

For another friend's bday, I did various sashimi, osso buco for the entree and my wife made a caramel flan cake.

This was taken when preparing dinner. Sorry for not taking any actual cooked food images, we were so hungry that we just couldn't wait. Lol. Had these baked with some pan-smeared Lamb chops. Definitely will make this again. So good!

Making myself dinner today:
Little experimenting and the result amazes me. Decided to try make a different "pizza", and it was so delicious, easy and quick to make, taste just like the original pizza. I make it in microwave.

Mind if I ask what an original pizza looks/tastes like in Slovenia?

Looks like ordinary pizza, but taste, that's a different if is a homemade or not.
But nevermind, I was just experimenting something and turns out pretty tasty.

And I know this is not a pizza, but ingredients are pretty much the same, and the taste is not much different than pizza. There is only the bread instead of dough, maybe should call it "pizza sandwich" or something like that.
