I love Shumai. Usually get it at a Sunday morning dim sum restaurant....of which we have many in the RTP/RDU/Wake County, NC area.

California has a lot of them too. Mostly in sf Bay Area, OC and San Gabriel area.

Yesterday's brunch sub

Sautéed eggs, Jones pork sausage, Tillamook extra sharp white cheddar cheese, tomato, avocado, Dukes Mayo, Lidl peppercorn ranch dressing, on a foot long whole wheat sub roll. It was soooo yummy!

During my vacation, I indulged in a variety of delicious food. At Applebee’s, I savored their grilled cheese sandwich with hamburger meat and seasoned fries. For breakfast, I opted for the McDonald’s steak, bacon, and egg bagel sandwich. In addition, I visited Dunkin’ Donuts and enjoyed their bagel sandwich, seasoned hash browns minis, and spiked cookie iced coffee.
To cap off my culinary journey, I tried the carrot and daikon’s crispy pork Vietnamese banh mi sandwich, which was a delightful surprise to find at my destination in Las Vegas, Nevada.
