thanks, i agree with you. Baseball definitely needs a salary cap so teams such as the yanks cant buy a all star team and finally compete after sucking for a few years

not sure when they sucked...? 1992 was the last time they didn't have a winning season...if by "sucked" you mean they didn't win or go to the World Series, then thats just a plain out simple-minded comment. I'm sure you weren't referring to that because that would leave 95% of the league in the "suck" category...so...when did they suck?

Make picture background layer, desaturate it, mask it, invert it, paint white where you want the black and white to show through.

Its out dated from the version I use, but you can follow along and figure it out. The tabs are a little different, that's all. I think it's 9 pages. Even gives you a photo to download to use with the tutorial.

My god, that explanation gives me a headache. I prefer the 2 step method.

1.Convert to B/W
2. Use history brush to convert desired sections back to color.
