that is correct, i bought the same unit and i gotta say its perfect! came with everything except the box, it does what i need it to do as a 'cheap' backup battery case. this isn't going to be a daily case for me but on days i know I'm going to be away from a charger almost all day i will opt for this case. perfect for $35!
Dailysteals.com had it not once, but twice in the past couple of weeks. Check their website daily or you can even hit them on twitter and inquire about it. I picked up one for me and my wife.

I did them myself! I bought the colour conversion kits on ebay and then followed the iFixit guide to changing the home button (includes display assembly). It took about an hour per iPhone and was a fairly easy installation with the right tools.
Do note that iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S kits are NOT interchangeable so make sure you choose the right kit for your iPhone.

The bumper is a shiny plastic with cutouts for all buttons; it fits perfectly. I also love the back skin. It has a texture for grip, installed easily, and looks great.
I'm not 100% sure of the color combination but I have a white bumper from the same company on order for next week. I'll post pics when I get it.
I have a black iPhone 4S with an Otterbox case. The case has an olive-green back and the sides are blue and olive-green.
Back to rockin my 4S with a Mophie Juice Pack Plus case again
