case and holster combo

not that many combos out there besides seidio that i have found

i dont know what everyone does that worksout and runs and is active .. i would never trust the phone just laying in my pocket .. and i hate those arm bands

Sure.

E13ctron case - all aluminum. Both top and bottom in the matte version. Fits like a glove thanks to the two plastic inserts provided. Feels as good as it looks. Not seeing a hit (or much of a hit) in reception. There is just enough of a lip on the top and bottom to protect it when placing it down. It already took a ride to the concrete and protected the phone with only a small blemish on the E13ctron case. By the way the back is just an iCarbons skin. If I had one complaint it is that it is slick and has slipped out of my hand and that's even with the matte finish. If it had a rubber gasket around the edge between the case and glass that stood a bit up about the lip it would be perfect.

Nothing is on the phone as of yet but waiting for my lucky labs white carbon fiber back to arrive along with spectra skin! Still trying to find a case, but leaning towards Element Comp.

Nice case! I may add this to my collection in the future. How the reception holds up.
 
E13tron hybrid, front and rear Power Support screen protectors, and some cute earphone jack plug my wife's friend sent from Asia (just playing with it).

Good eye! It could be but where I live, I've always dealt with poor reception including At&t, Sprint and now Verizon. I have a verizon 4G LTE aircard for work, and I'm lucky to get 2 bars. So to answer your question, no, not really because once I'm off the hill, I get full bars.

Keep going back and forth with these two set ups. Keep in mind that I'm a bit paranoid since my 4 broke while in a slider, I have AppleCare+ too haha...overkill! I'm impressed about how (somewhat) slim the defender feels in the hand, I love the textured silicone. :)
 
I have the switcheasy rebel( white), apple official bumper(black) , vapor pro (white) & the draco iv cleave (grey)
currently using draco.

looks like you have candyshell and otterbox defender correct?

I assume by switching back and forth you don't have a specific favorite? ;)
