No it's just for transporting back and forth, and to keep sticky fingers from touching my device.
possibly the most clever case of all time!
Here's my setup. I use a white Moshi iVisor with Anti-Glare, a $5 snap on case, and I never took the back film off, I only cut a camera hole.
I recently swapped my black iPhone for this white one, so I haven't found a case to match yet.

I already know and don't need to be roasted about the ear pad- I don't like it either but it is COVERING A NASTY CHIP IN THE GLASS where the glass meets the stainless steel which is uglier than Patrick Ewing(aethists only proof of evolution) so lay off it. it was the unconscienable chip or the tacky ear pad; I chose the ear pad... For those of you who are actually using the white "clarino ear pad" and are having issues with the proximity sensor, you have to color in the inside edges of the ear pad with black ink (see picture 8), very carefully I might add, because once the ink runs onto the leather front it's irreversible, and then position it perfectly distanced on all sides and then reset your network settings- pain in the butt but it finally works and stopped draining my battery on phone calls.
*** but anyway, This case is a mix of the silver comp and the patriot edition (patriot editions white polycarbonate piece and the 3 cut out rubber bumper clear thing mixed with the silver comps aluminum body)

Did you just said the phrase "Atheists only proof of evolution"? Well here's what I think of your case. You should sell it, buy a book by Richard Dawkins or otherwise a better education. And get that nasty ear pad out!

The cut-outs are fine for me. The camera could be a little more centered, but I love it.
It's not just a simple clear screen protector, but with white borders around the sides.
Is the cut out supposed to be that big? The reviews i've seen on youtube dont look anything like that
Unimpressed. I my opinion that looks hideous. The color combination really doesn't do justice here.

I did study it. I'm just like any other atheist. 14 years in a Catholic school upbringing.
But you know what, this is what bothers me. This is not the place to start or to bring this. Post your pictures and keep thy religion to thy self please. Respect everyone, even if they're going to hell. Unlike you, I'm not trying to save anyone from anything.

Having said that I would prefer it if the opening was a bit bigger...
As an update I did actually see flash issues last night when I took some pics in the dark. Perhaps the thickness of the Trunket may be the issue.
Anyway I sent a quick note to the guys at Trunket to see if they have heard similar feedback from anyone else...
What you will see is similar to a small snoot. Less dispersion more directional.
A snoot is a tube in front of your flash, which keeps its beam of light tight and concentrated, while a grid has lots of smaller, parallel tubes that do essentially the same thing.
Snoots and grids have a lot in common and the line between them is thin, but I usually refer to snoots as longer tubes, often made of a softer material like foam or fabric, while grids are usually shorter and place a tubular grid or honeycomb in front of the light.
You can use snoots and grids in two ways: to make concentrated spots of light and to keep light from falling where you don't want it... by keeping it as a concentrated spot.
