Belkin Essential 050 (AKA Belkin Grip Candy)

A previous member posted their pics of the "Belkin Grip Candy", which is what it is called on Apple's Store. However, the package actually says "Essential 050" and is available in several colors (Apple only sells two). I picked up the Blue/White from Best Buy today and really like it on the white iPhone.

Wow never seen that case before, actually looks good, similar to the sgp cases.

I did pretty well with the Phantom Skinz, considering it is supposed to be a wet install product, and I did it completely dry. I did get some very tiny air bubbles, but over time they seem to be working themselves out. Very happy with the setup.

I have this case and I love it, only complaint it after a few weeks the white starts getting dirty and I baby it a alot. Gonna try to clean it to see what I can make happen.

OK, so because this forum put me onto my fetish for Iphone Cases it seems, I might as well haul it out and slap it on the table for all to see. This is my timeline of cases thus far.

My first case was a POS with no name, it was give to me when I bought my first used Iphone 4. This case is plastic/hard rubber, its slightly translucent and has a diamond design on the inside.


Then I sold that phone and bought another and that guy gave me his case also, it was a case-mate. This is a silicon case and it would fit loose and stretch. It also smelled of weed that I could not clean out. ha


Then I bought my wife a used iphone 4 that was overused but I was in a rush to buy it for her, and they gave me this case. Incipio NGP matte black. This was a nice nice case, it felt great in the hand, it had great button action. I gave it to my nephew who had no case and was dropping his phone in the snow days after he got it for xmas. Reason why 12 year olds should not have an iphone.


I sold that used, scratched phone on my wife and bought her a NEW white 8gb. Then I ordered a $3 bumper. It took so long to get here I ordered something else from another site which came before the $3 one did. Its from dealextreme and I assume a knockoff of the apple bumpers. Its nice for $3.


This is the case that I ordered for my Wifes phone as mentioned above. Its a Gear4 Icebox case, nice case, rubber bumper with clear plastic back, she has had it for a few weeks and the rubber is turning color. She put the phone in her jeans pocket a few times and the bumper has a hint of blue now. I can see the bumper turning yellow in the near future.

And After the Pink Lucky Lab Wrap. I decided to go with the Incase Clear Snap as the keeper because you just cannot see enough of the pink with this cas.


I picked this case up tonite at a Winners Store, it was $9. Its an INCASE clear snap. I like it, but it has a slight rainbow/wet look thing going on in the center of the back that you can see on the pics.

Here It is in white with Pink Lucky Labs wrap.
UPDATE: This case didn't fit as nice as on my black phone, due to the white phones being a bit fatter. It has since cracked due to the stress I assume on the "hooks" that keep the case on. Oh well, $10 shot.


Got my Vapor Pro Black Ops today in the mail. all I can say is, AMAZING! How can something like this sell for $23 SHIPPED!!!!! from Hong Kong to me on the east coast of Canada. Theres something wrong with the system we have. This case is a thing of beauty. I absolutely love it. I haven't been this impressed since I bought my wife a knockoff Lou Vuitton signiture handbag. Here is the pics. The color is perfectly represented.

And with the orange Lucky Labs wrap applied. I dunno if I love it yet or not.


Id like to thank everyone for all the case information. I hope I can add something here.

^ Was just about to say that. Still have to get around to purchasing some AAA Fenix lights, the 123 ones just aren't that pocketable.

The problem with AAA is that the batteries are a bit less available if you're in a jam. Have a recommendation for a AA Fenix?

single AA? or double AA?

Mine is the Fenix LD20 with double AA. So, LD10 takes single AA.

The black is the same colour but the part with the E is much darker on the real one. I have seen a few fakes and some of them are quite good if you haven't got a real one for comparison. In saying that I would never have bought a real one, I got it from my Volvo dealer.

Do you have any screen protectors on yours (front/back/sides) Looks interesting but I wonder if it work with my ghost armor shields :confused:

What I meant is the color in the pic, is what it actually looks like. I realize the Authentic ones are more Orange.

I currently have Phantomskinz Matte on the back and Power Support Clear on the front. The matte back was for when I was using a bumper style case and will probably replace it with a clear back protector.
