The docks I posted in post #10 are retina (iPhone 4) friendly. EDIT : Just looked and all docks in this thread are iPhone 4 compatible, so please post the dock image you are trying to use.

If you have other docks that dont work, post them and I'll resize them for ya, cheers.

I actually dont think i tried the ones you posted in #10. Ill try and use one of those tonight. Do i still name it SBDockBG@2x.png if im using winterboard?

Bump.

Is there a way to store a bunch of docks on your phone and change them without having to SSH...kind of like how Winterboard is?

Just create a theme for each dock:

/Dock1/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/SBDockBG@2x.png

/Dock2/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/SBDockBG@2x.png

Then place whichever dock you want to use at that time above your main theme in Winterboard.

How do I eliminate the white surrounding the dock? (thanks h1r0ll3r for posting the docks) Or do I just need to stretch my wallpaper image? If that's the case, how would I go about doing it?

Also my docked icons still show their names despite using winterboard to get rid of them...any advice?

The white by the dock looks like you saved the image wrong. Make sure you right click the dock image in your browser and open image in a new tab, then save.

For the icon labels, some older themes won't work depending on your iOS version. I would use Springtomize to remove them, or let us know what firmware you are on and maybe someone can post a plist for you.

I ended up with the same result after saving the .png in a new tab.

I have a 3GS running 4.3.3.

Thanks for the help!

So how do you use these with springtomize 2?

SSH or iFile in and place your dock.png in: /var/mobile/Library/Sprintomize/Themes/Dock
Open Sprintomize and select Theming and turn Custom Dock on, Choose Dock and respring.

That should get you going...Good Luck

I tried this, too. No luck. It's in the correct place but it doesn't appear after respring. Selecting no dock does work, though.

Working on the Dock issue with the developer...will post back once we have it figured out.

Sorry for any inconvenience :(

For use with an iPhone 4s and Springtomize 2:

Create a folder using the name of your theme. Copy your 640x90 dock file png into this folder and rename it to Dock-iPhone@2x.png. Make a duplicate copy of your dock file png and rename it to Dock-iPhone.png. Upload the folder and files to:

/var/mobile/Library/Springtomize/Themes/Dock/YourTheme/Dock-iPhone@2x.png
/var/mobile/Library/Springtomize/Themes/Dock/YourTheme/Dock-iPhone.png

In Settings -> Springtomize -> Theming -> Dock -> Enable Custom Dock and choose YourTheme dock. Respring.

Need help here. I can't find the Springtomize folder in the Library folder. Anyone know why??:(
