Can you give me each step to get your menu bar to look like that? It's AWESOME.. also do you have the wallpaper? Thank you!
He said that he uses this app to do the menu bar like that:

It Ice Menu bar (free), to have that look:
- Setting > Menu bar appearance > Use Dynamic appearance toggle (toggling this will add the solid color else it will just be flat).
- Setting > Menu bar appearance > Shape Kind (Split).
I would give it a try too. I use lickable menu bar, an  nostalgic menu bar revamp from the Mac App Store.

I remember when they remove it, they was a couple of others too, but I was getting pretty much the same effect until Ice came into the mix.
❤️. I heard about lick able menu bar through an Apple website with Apple wallpapers named Basic Apple Guy. The guy running the website he discusses Apple stuff in general and has app recommendations.

I now also saw an App Store post in the Mac App Store that has useful menu bar apps. I have Hidden Bar on so that way all these extra menu bar icons stay out of sight even when using apps that have a lot of menu bar functionality like Xcode.

I usually get wallpapers shared by Apple from Basic Apple Guy, I never checked the apps recommendation part though.

Ice has more settings than just changing the menu bar appearance, it mains feature is actually to hide menu bar items, you can have:

- Hidden items that appear when you click/hover over the menu bar (expend or display a secondary menu bar below the main one)
- Always hidden (do not appear on click/hover)
- and Visible
- Show can arrange using Command+drag
- Hotkeys
- Shortcut to search/filter items,
- And menu more

It is basically the Free alternative to Bartender, and it is Open Source.
I currently a bit buggy on macOS 26, and they have a couple of features coming too.
By the way, to change the appearance as I did, you might want to test it with Menu bar background disable

System Settings > Menu Bar > Show menu bar background (enabled/disabled)

;) You're welcome, it is also part of these threads I think, also you can tweak it with this:
System Settings > Menu Bar > Show menu bar background (enabled/disabled)
My appearance color is Graphite, and I use clear icons
