How do you get the cool dock icons? I kinda want them "square-ish" too. People keep talking about devianART but i don't know how to actually apply the docks

I use Candybar and the flurry sets.

i use a app called 'lite icon' its free and you can change the dock to any icons you want instead of using candybar which you have to pay $30 heres the link for the icons http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Black_Mac_Style_Icons

The menu bar unfortunately doesn't show some icons like alfred and logmein but I think this is a keeper for a few months.
