EDIT: Nevermind, I found it, TUAW actually had an article about that. Its a really cool, yet very subtle touch to my Apple folder, thanks for idea!

it's bow tie, and that is just a skin for it. the only thing is on this skin you cannot change the letter color, so it is always yellow. mostly i use one called "unnamed"

You should be able to, Bowtie themes are just HTML and CSS.
