What seems to be the issue?

I downloaded that icon theme from here and used CandyBar to activate it but it just won't activate. I log out and log back in but it just won't work. Some other icon sets work but just not this one.

Could it be your file type I wonder? Are you using png? .icns? Or the icontainer format?
