Heh, it's an optical illusion. If you unfocus your eyes, you won't see it moving anymore. Easier for some than others, but the actual image is static, not moving. It's like those images that look like spinning wheels.

Notice that the leaves near the icons on the right are not "moving." Or, stick your thumb on the screen and watch the leaves "stay still."

Still, pretty frickin' cool.
