Can someone tell me how to make the wallpaper on every space change easily without closing every space and then reopening them?

i have a question how do i change the color of my menubar, i know you can set it to transparent and put a bold color behind it and it will change, also there is theme park but i don't have photoshop. so how does everyone do it?
