Those are complications (shortcuts) to iMessage and email on the watch

I believe that is Dark Sky - a good app but it's not free - I like it.

I could be wrong, though; there are so many weather apps.

I'm having trouble working with personal: are the complications set on the watch app or phone app or both?

I can't delete the 'add additional text here' on the modular screen and add my own.

Add the complication to the watch face, then edit them from the phone app.

Personal seems kind of cool. There's also Watch faces too.
I've seen a lot of customer Watch faces for the S3 gear Watch.
