I've tried asking the apple people on-line but they are keeping their cards close to their chest.![]()
Keep trying, son. They'll tell you. Then report back.

I stopped by the local Best Buy (big city) and they only had one or two iMac models. The guy said they hadn't gotten any new shipments in a long time and were waiting for the product refresh. He said the same about MBP but I didn't care about that.
Best Buy is now completely out of stock of iMacs and the sales rep said they have been told they would not get another shipment until the new model is released.
Well i went on the besbuy ipone app to search imac & 27" imac. Only some 21" models appear. No 27" in stock apparently
Yeah just seen they only have 1 left of the ultimate 27 and 8 of the ultimate 21.5. I would be willing to bet a lot of money on an update on monday.Amazon.co.uk are running low too.
Well that sounds promising. Saying that though, if the new iMac does come out on monday, constraints on current stock has been a lot less severe than in previous releases.
I take it we have all seen 9to5mac thinks no iMac update most likely scenario
New imac will come mon tues or wed. Its so time
9to5 meant they see no RETINA imac. Not NO imac

9to5Mac said:...we think it is possible that Apple will not update the iMac at WWDC, but, instead, the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pros.
With all of the above on the new Macs in mind, we have drawn up two possible scenarios for the 2012 WWDC Mac refresh. These scenarios differ based on whether Apple releases a new iMac or spec-bumped 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pros with its current form-factor.
...
As you can see, either way, Apple will release updates to four of its Mac lines, as we first reported. It seems that the Retina Display next-generation 15-inch MacBook Pro, new MacBook Air, and Mac Pro are likely announcements at WWDC, but the fourth new Mac is up for debate. Based on pricing structures, it is very possible that Apple takes either route. However, the current pricing compared to the pricing for this fourth Mac update leans more on scenario 1* happening. That would mean two sets of 15 inch MacBook Pros (current design, and next-gen design + Retina Display).
Oh, I agree it needs an update, and that this is all based on one (hopefully BS) rumour by some "analyst", but you were saying that 9to5Mac *only* said "no Retina", which isn't the case.
Ok well my apologies. I could have sworn i read what i said somewhere. Regardless, i dont buy into adding a new mb line. Let alone avoiding imacs.
Nonetheless, imac stock on bestbuy , amazon and other sites are diminished. So wwdc keynote .. Maybe. Wwdc week highly likely. June as a whole 99%. Well know monday. 100%
i cant wait to order it and stop checking this site

You know, everytime somebody mentions WWDC and new Hardware in the same sentence a kitten dies ...
You know, you're looking preeeeeetty stupid right now.
