Means viewers may not want to be viewing said content in a formal setting such as at work.
For the record, porn is defined as "writings, pictures, films, etc, designed to stimulate sexual excitement." Does the picture in question seem designed for that purpose? Seems obvious to me. But a better question is whether it's an appropriate picture for a family website, whether it's technically porn or not. Again, the answer seems obvious to me.

So, as the "Post your iOS 7 screenshots here!" thread has become pretty ugly in what it is about...
And I know many people come here to chat about Apple and not see pictures of, you know, something that attracts several people. (Steve Jobs once said he doesn't like such media either.)
Here, in the mean time, you can post your screenshots as long as they're clean. Just to help out until the mods decide upon this case.
