Resolution is 1600 by 900. I had to crop a bit of the lower part for the upper portion of the image to be visible. However, this is the original.

Is that what you wanted to see? One is notifications on lock screen the other is home screen.

Search 'Google Now Wallpapers' and you'll find tons. As for wallpapers that turn the text black, you're going to have to look for very light wallpapers. There are a few that have been posted here.

No problem! I'm glad you like them. For wallpapers that are too big, what I do is, I just move to the part I like, scale and just set it as my lock/home screen but I know this isn't what you want. I'm sorry I only have them in these resolutions.

Regarding the bicycle wallpaper, when you choose to set it as a wallpaper you won't see the bicycle image so you're going to need to move the image to the left and you'll see it appear, then just apply it.

I have the APOD app on iPhone & iPad, all kinds of space/astronomy pics in archives...especially like them on my iPad and Mac, got a folder for them on my Mac, set to change automatically every 30 mins. from here: http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ just "right" click on pic to download the high res one.
