blank icons without jailbreak

Those blank icons are cool, but when you hit "+" to add to your homescreen it makes you enter a name for the icon. You can't hit "add" unless you enter characters. Am I missing something?

Also, where do I get this awesome background?

They look amazing, they're called stretched tires and it gives a nice lip to the rims. They also make it good for helllllaflushing!

Thanks! But that's a divided highway. I'm more of a two-lane, scenic, twisty road type of guy. Both of my cars are rear-wheel drive and they love the twisties!
