Well look at the carrier, it's "Adam". It's Jailbroken.

He could have just restored from a previously jailbroken phone. He might have also had blank apps which may have carried through as well. I'm not entirely sure if that would happen, but I know the carrier name will carry through.

For anyone interested here is the Star Wars wallpaper.

I just removed the top and bottom parts from his post as it was a screenshot and already iPhone 4 resolution.

Looks great as wallpaper and fits perfectly without needing to be resized.

Edit: Also with Black above and below...I think it looks better personally...

exactly.Carrier name and my blank icons carried over. You can barely see the shadow that blank icons leave. The picture Im using just works really well with shadows.

How did you manage to get blank rows? I've heard it's not possible unless the phone is jailbroken... yours obviously isn't since it's an iPhone 4.

I would say jailbroken 3G or 3GS

well it does have the flashlight app. It would be pretty useless on a 3GS.

To Answer The Question and Satisfy the Answers...He IS using an iPhone 4 and as someone stated above...When he set his iPhone up, he restored from a 3GS backup that was previously jailbroken. The Percent, Carrier Name, and Blank Spaces can be carried forward onto any iPhone if you restore from a previously jailbroke iPhone.

Here are two screens of my i4 and the second one shows the spaces. Also you can see the shadows of the icons on the wallpaper until I can use the new shadow removal on winterboard.

I drop all of my extra spaces in a folder on the third page.
