I'm not a huge fan of the whole "everything in folders" look. I only used a couple folders for apps with icons I don't like or that don't fit with the others (for example, I love SoundHound's icon, but I can't seem to find a place for a bright orange icon...
What I don't seem to get is why more developers don't at least put out an update with a higher resolution icon (which I'm sure they have access to since they need to give a pretty high res one when submitting to the app store), even if they don't have all the retina display graphics ready just yet.
By the way, I got the wallpaper from someone earlier in this thread (first 10 pages, I think).

For the Lockscreen I used a variation of LockMS found in this thread: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/995787/
