Maybe because iOS4 isn't out for iPad and is extremely limited on iPod touch.

Emoji in the App Store.

Which Emoji dude? There are millions of them on the App Store. I downloaded one but it won't allow me the Emoticons when changing the Folder name. It only allows in SMS (or was it email) anyway it doesn't unfortunately allow me them when changing the Folder name.
