Ummm ... Hey how did you get to name the iOS folder using just the Apple symbol? You didn't just copy paste did you?
You set the Apple as a text replacement in settlngs and do it from the keyboard.
If you refer to my home screen shots, I use special wallpapers that create those effects. Black folders and black dock, etc. They don't work as well on iOS 10.2 and up, so I stayed on 10.1.1. You can check them out here. It's like a maze on this site. Easy to miss sections.
