No jailbreak. It's the wallpapers I use from this site. Some I like most don't work past iOS 10.1.1. But he has a lot of new ones for iOS 11.

It looks real small because the resolution is very small. It's supposed to be. It works though. I don't think it will make your folders round on iOS 11 though. Not sure. Try reverse pinching it on the set up page.
