for some reason I thought I remembered being able to change the color of folders. I couldn't find anything in Settings, so I searched online and stumbled upon some Chinese page that supplied this special black background (available in other colors as well). search online - you'll find it. sorry, about to drive...

that's it. what's your process for setting it as your wallpaper? I did it through Settings, not through Camera Roll.

sorry about that. maybe try deleting the image, save again, and then try setting it as your wallpaper?

How did you change Verizon to VZW in the top left corner?

He's using Verizon wifi calling service. Aka weak signal so his phone uses wifi instead.
