I'm gonna sound dumb, but how do I get wallpapers on my phone other than the ones it came with? I want one of Carrie Underwood. :D

Sync images to your iPhone. Select the images in the Photos app, tap the options button (left icon) and select "Use As Wallpaper."

It comes up when you get a call, too. It stays behind the option pad.

It does not do this if you've assigned a photo to that contact ON the iPhone.

If you assigned the photo using Address Book on your Mac, the photo is small (instead of full-screen) and you get the wallpaper with phone calls. Also, it comes up if there is no known contact photo at all.
