i was trying to get the dock icons clear like yours but it keeps on adding shadows behind the icons. also, how did you get the transparent folders? any ideas? another thing, how do i change the icon label font and what lockscreen theme are you using? please reply, thanks a lot! here's mine for your reference:

It's an iPad 2, so it's not themed (don't ask me about Installous). I got the wallpaper from the Pimp Your Screen app.

Yes they do. Just make sure that you install iPad specific themes instead of iPhone versions, or things won't work properly.
