Yah I could change a few of them, I am waiting for winterboard update or more details on the icon names for the rest of the icons.

The theme is called 'taca' and the iconomatic is called 'votive iconomatic' from 'votive' theme-both are on cydia and very nice nice themes in my opinion.

Its part of the iwidget. In the folder there are two fonts: bauhausm.ttf and Clocker.ttf

wallpapers are from theme threads, purchased themes and deviantart.
widget i got from a theme thread on modmyi and status bar is part of a wallpaper from a paid theme. And signal and battery in status bar is from a paid tweak called circlet on cydia.
icons from Radience theme (some had to be renamed @3x others still @2x but most still do not work as you can tell)
iconOmatic - to get the drop shadow on icons, remove names on both home screen and dock
Dockshift - to make dock transparent
ClassicDock - to get the reflections on dock icons
Zepplin - to remove Operator name
