It's just a matter of moving things around in the bundles folders in var/stash/themes.

How did you do that with the status bar. Specifically getting everything but battery percentage on the right.

Search cydia for a tweak called protean, it allows you to re-organize your statusbar.

the theme is Artee 8, the signals are Android KitKat Condensed from Deviantart, Gliese icono, and the LS is a modded version of LS Lost In Space.
