Here you go buddy. I got some of the icons out of Glossica which can be found at http://www.deviantart.com/.
You can get the dock from Glass Orb Color in Cydia but it is not the HD version. Only purchasing G.O.C. HD will get you the quality for the Retina display.

No worries - that's good to know. I suppose I could purchase the G.O.C theme to have it (it's nice too!), and SSH into the phone and move the file(s) for the dock under the CLASSified theme to get the look I'm going for, right?

Thanks - the lockscreen is a combination of a bunch of things. I am using "Retina Grey Lockinfo HD" theme from Cydia and modified the Lockinfo icons and added them to that same theme. Many of them are just the standard iPhone icons (for phone, sms, mail) that I recolored in photoshop and the others i modifed from Lockinfo icons or other icons on the web. I also am using Nexus Lock from Cydia (as the background animated wallpaper) and changed the wallpaper in that theme to the blue apple wallpaper.
Used a program called TinyUmbrella to downgrade from 4.1 to 4.0.1 so I could jailbreak my phone again.
Lock screen with live clock, weather widget can be added but I turned it off.
Home screen with time/weather widget.
SBSettings theme, makes it look like a notification.
Themes/Apps used in case you want to use the same set up on your iPhone.
OpenSSH or iFile - Used to add your city to weather widget
WeatherFurik - Weather Widget
Classica 3 (i4) - Icon Theme
SlantedLock - Lockscreen clock
SBSettings
iRetina - SBSettings Theme
MakeitMine - Customize Status Bar
Five Icon Dock
No Page Dots - Removes the page dots above the docked icons.
Remove Spotlight search icon: OpenSSH > "/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app" and delete (or replace with transparent images) these files:

I really like this. The only request would be to have the weather forecast added next to the current weather, like the iWeather Widget has.
Also, has anyone been able to download the theme yet? The site forced me to sign up first, but is still refusing to show me the D/L link without jumping through a bunch of hoops.

i agree, that dbportal site has many restrictions to even download the theme....is there an alternate location?
very nice...I had a similar idea with the background, I was going to do the wood dock with an almost identical looking baseboard, then make a "wallpaper" with an old victorian flourish print, and have the icons over a framed "painting". Didn't come out that well though. Still rockin this one for now...it's also still a (very longwinded) WIP. Finally got around to making Suave'd Categories icons.
