Got me a nice set of desktop speakers (replaced my very aged T10's that I let go with my windows box)…

Creative T20's

A case of Heady Topper beer. I bought most of it to share and to send to friends around the country. It's amazing how popular it has gotten in the last year; It's not that big a deal to get here in VT since we can stop at the cannery any time. It's definitely worth trying if you get the chance.

How do those sound? I would like to get either these or the T40's.

I shall let you know in a day or so (when they arrive in my grubby paws) :) I expect them to be pretty descent (the T10's punched well above their weight considering their age and price range).

I had some Bose multimedia speakers that were damned nice but they got destroyed in a move, so now I'm using the stock Dell speakers. Not the best, but they sound good.

A while back I tried T20s, the Bose Companion 2 Series II and eventually decided to go with the Harmon Kardon Soundsticks III. Between the T20s and the Companions I thought the T20s sounded better than the Bose but the Soundsticks were even better.

I'll look at those, too.

I want, bad.

Sold my Retina Mac 13-inch and picked up a 2013 MacBook Air i7/8GB/512GB!!!

Congrats on your new Mac! Just be careful and avoid placing the laptop too close to the edge of the table. My friend's MacBook Pro fell off the floor as it was close to the edge of his table.

A Qi compatible charger for my Nexus 7. Paid $16 on ebay. Works great!
