I took the plunge and bought an Amazon Echo Dot and a Philips Hue Starter Kit, loving them both so much I'm going to order more bulbs and another Echo Dot for my office (current one is in the living room).

I had the X Compact for a few days. I loved it other than the fact the fingerprint sensor is deactivated in the USA. There's a workaround to enable it but you'll have to install UK software on it.
