I've largely given up on external hard drives. Just have one 1TB external SSD for all my music library, that's it. Other than that, internal hard drives in my PC back home in RAID0 and RAID1 configurations. I need none of that here in college but it's all there back home for when I need it.

Which one do you own? Just in case my MBP has to take a Genius Bar trip or something I plan on getting an external SSD to spare. Especially since I don’t prefer doing iCloud it costs too much even I store so much on my Mac

Are these Great for Time Machine? I heard a few LaCie ones that  recommends but Mac users said they fail after a long time

Have been using a Seagate Hard Drive for the last 5 years for Time Machine. Works well. There are user reviews online that do say that the drives fail after some time but for me, nothing bad has happened to my Seagate drives till now.

I built it out of an internal SSD plus an enclosure. Way cheaper than buying stock and works perfectly fine. Sure it feels cheap to handle because the enclosure cost $15 on Amazon but it works very well. It also ain’t the fastest thing in the world especially for an SSD, but again, it’s just housing my music library.

was thinking the same way... there's even MagSafe ones too

got it I was pondering on the amazon ratings and reviews and was making sure it would last fro the lifetime even if I need to upgrade Macs. Sandisk is another great option too, right?

Have you looked at the Samung T7 series? I have a 2 TB for backups, and it’s help held for a couple of years now without issue.

SanDisk is ok too. But for important data it is always good to have multiple backups. Have a couple of Samsung T7, they are excellent SSDs.

.

Heard of that but I need to see if they mark it down for Black Friday. However I seen seagate sells cheaper than it for 2TB size (my MacBook Pro has 1TB ssd so y’all have to do the math to see what storage capacity you need based on  recommendations that the capacity needs to be twice the size of the Mac’s internal drive). Was just making sure as I don’t want to replace a ssd after a while

Dodici cylindri, sessanta valvole (cinque valvole per cylindri), quattro turbos, quattro ruote motrici, 615cv.

The one and only EB110 Supersport - in 1:18 scale. This is the origin of the modern Bugatti. The colour on this one is “Blu Bugatti” - the very famous colour.

A really ground breaking technical concept and remarkable just how compact it was. Even the gearbox was integral with the engine. Performance levels also at the cutting edge for the 1990s. It could reach 351km/h, the 0-100km/h was in 3.26 seconds and with four wheel drive (28/72 torque split) it was very sure footed even in wet conditions. The engine was also gear driven, no chains.

A few more photos of the 1:18 EB110 Supersport:

Inside of the drivers door, the manual window winder, the Supersport was the extreme high performance version, while the EB110 GT was the comfortable, smooth version which still had 550hp and quite crazy performance levels.

Really amazing model - incredibly detailed.

The chassis of the real car was done by Aerospatiale in France, a carbon-fibre monocoque which was very high tech at that time. This weighed about the same as the early alloy-honeycomb chassis (of the first prototypes) but the torsional rigidity was many times greater, it was simply a far superior item for a car of such high performance.

It's been a very interesting week for me.

Been seeing this around when I got to work. Finally pulled the trigger and bought one. So far its pretty comfortable. I like the fact that there's no screen, but I also have a Ultrahuman ring so I'm wondering if its worth having both?
