Didn't see a thread on this, so why not? Mine also shows my Bartender bar. It helps keep my menu bar from getting so cluttered.

Left to right: Bartender, iStat Menu (CPU), iStat Menu (RAM)*, Battery, Date/Time via iStat Menu, Notification Center.

Hidden icons:

Actually, I made it myself using Flavours Beta 1.2! It is really intuitive, took about 1 minute to set it up

Here's mine. These days I don't use Bartender except for hiding things completely and moving things around.

The more icons I have the more bothered I get.

We've got Cloud, Skype, Dropbox, Airmail, and Sip as 3rd party icons. I have the spotlight icon disabled since I use Alfred as a replacement as well.
