Rotation lock. Double tap home button, swipe to the right and click the icon with the lock on it. Prevents the screen from rotating.

How ridiculous it is that most of us have that newsstand icon floating around doing nothing. WHy can't apple have this like iBooks and let us delete the stupid thing.
