Pretty much the same, but uninstalled Wunderlist for Reminders. Newsstand is thrown to page 3 because I can't throw it into a folder-y abyss.

Here is my current setup. Folders with apps mostly used from the folders out on the home screen. The folders names is danish, but they mean: apple, photo & sound, entertainment, personal and others
