You edit/create an image with your contact info on it, then set it as your lock screen background. Simple pimple
Wallpaper that I've used is my own edit of the new wallpaper that's bundled with Mountain Lion: OSX Mountain Lion Wallpaper for the iPhone 4/4S
The icon for Music+ is also custom made by me. Will probably release it sometime soon.

Yeah, Clear is a clear waste of a buck. I didn't think it was possible to have LESS functionality than Google Tasks, but they pulled it off. With flying colors.

Lol, it's not an app. If you're running iOS 5, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Assisstive Touch > On
It puts a dot on your screen allowing you to perform actions that a hardware button would perform.
